THE BENEFITS OF USING EMPLOYMENT PLUS

  • If the employee does not meet your specifications, you are under no obligation to retain that employee.
  • If you determine the temporary employee is not qualified and notify us within the first four hours of work, there will be no charge for those hours. We will replace the employee.
  • No workers compensation claims or costs.
  • No unemployment compensations claims or costs.
  • Payday for all Employment Plus employees is every Friday.

Temporary and Temp to Hire Programs include an hourly billing arrangement which includes the referred employees hourly rate in addition to the following:

The employee's hourly rate of pay.
Recruiting, interviewing and qualifying of candidates.
FUTA - Federal Unemployment Tax.
SUTA - State Unemployment Tax
FICA - Social Security Tax
Liability Insurance.
Employee Bond.
Payroll & Accounting Services.

Our all-inclusive hourly rate usually costs less than the combination of salary, payroll costs and fringe benefits for a full time employee on your company payroll system.

Our Temp to Hire Program is designed to allow you the time to evaluate a potential long-term employee without obligation. The employee remains on the Employment Plus payroll for a period of 60 working days as our legal employee. After this time period is completed the employee is eligible to be hired by your company with no further fees assessed.

For professional level positions we have developed a Direct Hire Program. We supply you with the application materials of the top, pre-qualified candidates. Upon your agreement, we will make arrangements for you to interview the candidates personally. You decide if a candidate meets your requirements. If you decide to extend an offer of employment to one of our candidates, that offer is made through Employment Plus. If this candidate accepts, a low percentage fee is assessed your company for our service based upon a successful Direct Hire. This fee is based upon the annual salary offered to, and accepted by the candidate.

Because we believe that each company and each hiring situation is unique we offer these basic hiring programs. However, we have the ability, and the experience to design a hiring program that works for you. Whatever your needs, we can find a workable solution.
